General Mobile Phone charge pad not working?

Hello,

New owner - I love my fiat 500e so far! I have the newest model, La Prima. Initially my phone connected with no problem at all. Now the charge light is red and even if I disconnect the phone and reconnect, I can't get it to charge my phone. Also, connection now seems to be a problem since I messed with it (for car play etc). Any ideas?

This reply from a non Apple user. Has this coincided with any other strange behaviour in the car? Does the phone work with other wireless chargers? If you have a phone case, have you tried charging the phone without it? Also, the UConnect infotainment module can be restarted by holding down the centre console volume button for a few seconds. Finally, unpairing and repairing the phone might iron out whatever the issue is.
