Hi, I recently purchased a fiat 500e (pre owned) and noticed neither usb a or c will charge. The one in the dash works. Any ideas? I checked the fuses in the glove box but all seems ok. The 12v connector works ok next to the ports.

Thanks all

If you're at all handy I'd suggest (and be careful as I've not taken this apart) taking a plastic spudger or similar and lever it out to check the connections.

Hi, thanks, yeah I had already popped off the centre console. Cable is connected. Weirdly I can't find no mention of these ports in the manual either...

Hi, 🙂

from previous experience with such things, always a chance this ISNT how it left the factory

Somebody may have fitted the sockets (and /or wiring) but no provision for power

This was a common issue on older FIAT pandas 😕

Hi! I purchased an used Fiat 500e a couple weeks ago and it has the same problem. The 12V socket in the central console socket works, the USB near the infotainment screen also works, but both USB ports on the central console are dead. The charging mat also doesn't seem to work (altough I've only tried it with one phone and I'm not entirely sure my car is equiped with that.

I'm wondering if anyone from this thread has found a solution for this problem.
