Technical 500e Car will not switch off

Our Fiat 500e is less than one year old with just over 1000miles travelled. A couple of weeks ago it flashed up a load of warnings (see images) and then would not switch off. So whilst it aid key not present it could be driven off. The headlights would not go off either. Called Green Flag and their guy tried various things before heading for the 12V battery. He confidently predicted that once the 12V battery was disconnected the car would shut down. Well sure enough this did not happen. The car was still powered with the 12V battery disconnected. We and he decided it was time to head to the dealer with the car. Still waiting to find out from them what was wrong. Has anyone else had this issue and if so how was it resolved?
