Multipla misfire

can someone help? fiat multipla 1.9 jtd has misfire during low rpm but goes away on high rpm

I've always attributed misfire to camshaft or crankshaft sensors - but other's may have a better opinion

Are you sure it's a misfire and not an uneven idle? As varese says, does it start ok?
