limewire issues

okay on the recent install of xp pro i have installed limewire pro 4.12.11
it boots up and gets to loading user interface then just shuts down.
the icon shows in the system tray and disapears as well.
occasionally it has got to loading the interface but again disappears.
i have java installed as well.
disabling the firewall made no difference.
ive reinstalled a few times but the same.

check the event viewer for software crash logs

fixed it

tried all sorts,in the end went to an older version of java and that seems to have fixed it.
