All ePER programs only allow a maximum of 10 concurrent users.

Yes, but even so, surely I am a connected user by getting so far into the program - yet the pictures won't generate once you get that far into the part. Presumably more of a bandwidth issue?

Are you using Internet explorer? If not that might be why, I find that eper and a lot of other similar parts or workshop programmes don't work well in other browsers
