Technical Key Fob - Relearning

Hi Everyone, New here after collecting a little 2012 Fiat Panda MyLife last Friday. Its lovely little car but in need of much TLC after being owned by one elderly lady from new. I am working my way through some little jobs to get the Panda back to its best and one issue I have is with the key fob. It came with two keys but the keyfob does not work. I stripped it down and the locking & unlocking microswitches had seized in down/pressed position. I freed them off and replaced with a new battery and the LED now lights up but the car is not responding, Is there any procedure to learn the key again ? I cant find anything so far. Many Thanks

You need MES and the cars ECU code available FOC from Fiat A key programming may work or there may br something else going on.

Be careful if you do this, make sure you have all the key

Any key not added at the same time will be blacklisted

The only way to use it again would be to reprogram the body computer
