Styling KC3 Project Silver

Hey! Guys, LOL!! :D

Thanks for your comments, The B modifications are comming together nicely, and just love the B for her sexy looks, and now with these tweeks think she is looking more rich and sporty too. Always liked the silver lights on a silver B.

I guess its the 911 I never had, but do get a good buzz when I pull up to the lights next to one and I see the porsche driver having a good look..:D

As long as I can get the B to go like one and look as good if not better then I,m happy.. :)

Been contemplating on having her resprayed while she is still in bits..

Faust! (y) Re the dash, all the leather has been painted a light matt grey, the top vent is staying black so hopefully should have no reflection issues..

Been refitting the B together, but changing my mind on the colour scheme.
I originally painted the dash and vents silver but on reflection repainted them a darker gun metal colour for more contrast, which I feel looks better now.

Heres some pics of the new dash comming together.:D

Also repainted the inner plastic panels the same colour and will also colourcode the doors to match.

And after having the seats done with a grey running down through the centre, re-decided to do all the whole seat facia grey but have the sides and backs black. Will post more pics next week when there done.

Found this B pic and will go with this look, only black with grey.
Door cards will be grey using a black handle and top trim covered in leather.
The centre consule is now grey so should piece together nicely. :)

Thanks Guys! :D I,m very pleased the way the dash has come out too although I,m still wanting to have something more done with the doors and steering wheel. The one on there is yours Bollie. Mine is being preped and I,m thinking to have it done all grey with black inserts..

The vents, clock surround and the other panels that sit below the dash have been resprayed a metalic gun metal colour in an oven so look very good.

I now need to follow on the same colour with the doors, and will retrim, cover the top arm rest in leather too, I just wanted to piece the B back together first to make sure I,d like the look.. :)

A little more progress. :)

Doors painted to match inner panels and also had the door handle surounds painted too.
The seats have stayed with just the centres repainted.
Lights polished and sealed.
The top cover arm rests have gone to leather guy to be retrimmed.

More pics and info as the progress goes on.

Hiya Steve,

Its come down to lack of extra funds at the mo.

Ideally i,d like to have her carpeted and my handles retrimmed in leather before I can fully piece her back together but she is up and running.

I,m waiting for my wheel to be recloured and I need the carpet to been done so as I can get the floor back and all the centre trim and wey hey, :)
Thinking i need a couple of weeks still and new interior will be all finished

Added some dynamat, resealed the floor seams and sprayed cavity wax on the floor and behind the doors and also had another panel made for behind the seats which has shed some weight too. :D

Pieced the B back together today, and was nice to drive her.

I,m still wanting to lay some carpet down and have my handles and wheel trimmed but will have to wait now until I have the extra funds to do them. :(

Looking good so far though.
