General Judder when stationary

Hi, my daughter has a 1.2 s 500, manual, year 2015.
Every now and again when the car is stationary the car seems to judder.
I have taken it out of gear and had no feet on any pedels and it still does it, it only lasts for about 5 seconds then goes back to normal.
The revs do not increase when it does this, it feels like the clutch is at bitting point this is even when the clutch is not depressed and the car is in not in gear.
Has anyone come across this and have an idea what it is.

The pump cuts in and out and causes the engine to stutter a little.

The aircon wasn’t on. So don’t think it’s the pump.

Thanks for your reply’s, I will have a look at engine temp when it happens to see if it could be the cooling fan.

Have a read on O2 sensors signal voltage.
Could be electrical, principal suspect being the ground cable, could be other causes.
