We are just going through that phase where everyone wants Panda parts just as supplies dry up. It's actually pretty good going that Fiat still have new panels for a car so old.
You won't like this prediction, but I'm going to say it anyway:
Prices of parts will go up for a few years as people try to fix them and supplies of nos parts dwindle.
After a few years the rest of the remaining Panda's will be decimated. I don't like it either but in 5 years most will have gone!
The following 5 years will then see prices level out as parts go more in line with supply of Panda's.
Another 5 years on and parts will be no big problem & getting cheaper - so few Panda's will be left that anyone looking for parts will have little competition.
I know this sounds unlikely, but it happened exactly like that for the 127. For the last 4-5 years I can take my pick of parts pretty much!
Is this good or bad? Bad mainly, but the really nice Panda's will all live on in a parts Utopia!
