General iso connector or not

Can anyone enlighten me as to the iso connections on my 04 plate punto I am trying to fit new radio mp3 player but the pin positions are different to the standard iso connector on the radio can any one advise : :bang:

if you go to halfords they will have the addon cable which will connect to the original wire loom and connect straight to ur stereo retail at £8-£12

I thought puntos were like cinqs and seis being that you can plug any iso plugged headunit in and they work aprt from the fact of having to buy the piece of plastic that clips into the dash and then the headunit attaches to

depnds on what make of stereoe you buy my blaupunkt just plugged straight in allthough i decided to change 2 wires over so it turned off with car, other makes of stereo require wiring loom. punto 04 wiring new shape is differnet to mk2 wiring though
