Hi all,
-> Ducato 2017, 177PS, F1AGL411A

Due to injector replacements, I tried to key-in new injector codes. AlfaOBD only allows to enter 7 alfanumeric digits while the code is 8-digit. MES notes to key-in 9 digits but also just allows 7 digits.
Has anyone a clue what to do to enter new injector codes?

What format are you old injector codes in?
Post photo of old injector showing numbers?

Just checked. Current codes look different and are 7 digits

Injector code Cyl. 1: BSAEF1D
Injector code Cyl. 2: CLBLD1E
Injector code Cyl. 3: BSBEF1C
Injector code Cyl. 4: CAASHAD
Anything I can do to program new injectors

I think you have bought incorrect injectors
Do not attempt to use them
There is a risk of damaging either the ecu or the injectors

It is impossible to interchange solenoid type injector and piezo type injector, serious damage will be caused.

I'm not saying that is your situation just be aware of the above

Understand. These injectors came with replacement engine.
Engine has correct motor code F1AGL411A and injectors are originally mounted as far as I can say.
BTW: Im driving this motor 2yr now, knowing of incorrect injector codes with no issues.

Someone else has previously had the same issue and the last figure on all injectors was F. They used the first 7 figures leaving off the F and had no problems.

8 or 7 digit bosch injector for x290 2.3. Multiecuscan offers 7 digits.

Search forum using the above for their thread
