just a case of unbolt the steering wheel nut and unscrew it to the end of the shaft.DO NOT REMOVE IT!
now depending on your luck it may shift with a good pull,this is why you leave the nut on so you dont get a face of steering wheel.
if that doesnt shift it you can tap the shaft with a hammer while pulling.again leave the nut on and have it flat with the top of the shaft to protect the threads
sorry no you need to remove the wheel,unless you can stretch the plastic over the wheel
i should have added once the wheel 'pops' off the splines you can then remove the nut and wheel.the nuts there to stop you getting a face full of steering wheel
