General how to bleed radiator??

Theres 3 bleed screws, one on the radiator and 2 on the matrix hoses. Open them all up well. Fill till the radiator begins to leak, close it. Then the screw on the pipe, when it begins to leak, close it. Start the car. Close the last screw when it begins to leak. Ill see if i can dig up pics, if not ill take a pic of my engine bay :)

Picts explain better :)

Cheers i did it today, with the engine hot and the heater on full,

And all seems well,

Now if my heater starts to blow cold again in the morning or a day or too,
And the water is low and it runs hot what should I look at then?
Thermostat??

Could someone post a pic of a 1.2 temp gauge running safely at the hottest mine tends to be on the dot over half way that is fine but,
Will some times sit higher
And when the heater blew cold could sit on the last dot but not go higher

mine normally sits just below, then again my gauge is faulty :/ normally when mine goes above half way, my fan kicks in. So it does its job..but mines a 1.6..id imagine you'd soon know if your engine was getting way too hot than normal.

If the gauge is going crazy and cold air, the coolant is on the ground or the pump has failed. If the guage is normal and still cold, the thermo has had it. My gauge is fooked (immediately goes to half on startup from cold) but it should sit a small bit below the halfway mark (the one in the other car works perfect)

my bad its held water just checked it, thanks hope all keep going well
