:) Hi im sort of new to this I bought my wife a panda skydome a 2005 model it a great car but she visits old folk in the country and wanted to fit the 4x4 body kit to the car the fiat people told her they think it might fit but i thought i would ask here i hope some one can help the 4x4 s are so hard to get used over here so any help will do thanks kieran:)

Personally I don't think I'd add 4x4 body parts to the Dynamic... Cost-wise it won't be worth it. Leave it and enjoy it as it is.

sorry can any one tell me what are the largest wheels I could fit to the panda to give her a littel more hight

this also sounds like a bad idea. even an extra 1cm of height is 2cm diamter, which is gonna throw the speedo way off. however, the cheapest way is to just obviously stick a higher profile tyre on. no idea about what size will fit though.

If its really important she be able to go off road should she not be looking at trading it in for a 4x4 version anyway?

Standard 1,2 Dynamic is great for bad roads. You won't believe the kind of roads I drove it with four people, full boot and roof box. It just won't hit the ground, the 4x4 only has 5 mm more ground clearance. More then that, the little engine is so high you can't really hit it, you would hit the front axle first, and that's not a big problem.

But the same does not apply to the Multijet, which has the engine quite low mounted and there are a lot of those with broken oil bath in service.

So if it's a petrol one just let it be, there's not much damage you could get.

yes she would like that but as a nurse she has not got that much money to play with the used cars cost a lot I paid 3,400 for a two year old panda skydome in mamba yellow its a great car and she dose not want to wreck it thanks for all your help
