Styling Help With A BodyKit

If you dont want opinions then dont make a thread. Simple. Your car do what YOU want. Obviously cant take negative opinions of what you wanna do so dont ask questions asking for them on stuff you wanna do. You will never get people whole heartedly agreeing with what you want to do but who cares? I dont i do what I want to MY car not what people on a forum tell me.

whats it with all you people, i asked a simple questions, which one you prefer out of them and you give me all this crap about how it ruins the car, its my choice, its what i like and want, and its how i want my GP to look. if anyone says i have no taste then their wrong, i bet you any money, there is something you have chose, maybe not for a car, but something, and i bet someone were to dislike it, they would say you have no taste, everyones taste is different otherwise the world would be the same if everyone had the same tastes wouldnt it ? a simple question turned into you lot being right ****s about it and giving me ****. all i need was a decision on the 2, not a moan

i didnt say i didnt want there opinions, i said whats the point of giving me **** saying i have no taste when i have, its just different to theres. i can take negative opinions, they haven't got to say that im ruining my car when i am not, i might think there ruining there car with what they do to it but i wouldn't say it, i would answer with what they wanted to know, i wouldn't give em a load of **** about it, like you are, and im asking there opinions on the body kits, im still getting one they if hate it or not, i just wanted to know what other people thought of it.

the 2 in the original post are too over the top. Linea is just right IMO

But thats there opinion so they can say it if they want to just like if someone asked for opinions on their car and you thought they were ruining it you could say so. No one has given you a load of sh!t they have just said that the kits are gash and will ruin the looks of a standard GP. If your still getting one then why does it matter what people think? I will go back to what i said previously about you not being able to take a negative opinion. People have said what they think about it and you are throwing your toys out the pram.

Look mate, the taste is a personal thing, we all get it, but when you see an entire forum having the same opinion, that must put you in a lot of thought.I know i would.I don't know if i would change my mind but i would at least think about that.Personally i like the Abarth style but it's just me...

There's Fiats own "need for speed" kit or have look at the Merkur site or Novitec for more suggestions,it is your choice what you do to your car,don't worry what other people think about it because it doesn't matter,it only matters what you think because you drive it and you're paying for it.john

The only thing I would do to my GPS..if my insurance permitted it would be to change the rear bumper/apron and give it a central exhaust like the corsa/astra VXR's to match the agressive styling of the front end. Drop it a few mm's - and possibly some wheel spacers.


The rest of the body styling is best left standard (sporting) and looks supurb in my opinion. Minus the additional front splitter and linea grille that I have added myself.

Edit: oh and angel eyes and anthracite alloys which are going on next week, but does that count as body kit?

thanks alot mate, the second link looks quite nice, specially the rear bumper, looks like the new Focus RS one in a way, looks pretty sick, cant wait for that car to come out, going to be awesome. i've changed my whole perspective on the bodykit and just opted for, not such a bold kit, just a small one, make it look a bit mean, hopefully, at the end of my little project on my GP, it will look as good as what i hope, fingeres crossed

As mentioned before, a member has already fitted them to his Sporting. Do a search and your likely to find something. I guess they can be bought from FIAT direct?

You CAN buy any Abarth part - just go to your nearest Fiat Dealer and go to Parts Department. They should be able to help you. Don't expect that they gonna be cheap - I've checked the Turbo from GP Abarth - and standard one cost about 1k euro where EsseEsse cost 4k euro - JUST for turbocharger! I'll be ringing dealer tmw to check for my rocker cover from GP Abarth EsseEsse that I've finally ordered last week for my Bravo so I'll ask them for the price of Abarth bumpers.
