To remove gear knob: 1. Release the retainers and remove the trim. 2. Undo the bolt (2a) and remove the gear lever grip (2b). Re-fitting - Place the gear lever grip in its housing and tighten the bolt. - Fit the trim in its housing and secure it using the retainers.
