Technical Help!!! No power

Hi all can someone please help me????
I'm off to South of France this weekend and the Bravo has a problem.
I have the 1.9 diesel multijet on a 57 plate, it started to make a flapping noise when driving then no power. I stopped and restarted, no flapping noise but no power,
Now it runs on tick over But it's flat on the power in all gears until about 25mph then it pulls as normal.a bit of smoke when it gets going but that's it.
Please can someone help??
I have changed the air flow meter

Not sure, it happened fast

I've just looked back through the last few months, no major info

Possibly worth a look in the GrandePunto section.. As the kit is all of the same generation

No mate, I'm going to try the fuel and air filters and the MAP sensor.
There is no fault codes coming up when driving and stationery. I've changed the air flow meter

Did it start OK both Cold and Hot

One simple test.. See if the Rev Counter rises on a start

If it doesn't, then your Crank Angle Sensor could be dodgy

(if it doesn't sense motion.
It won't inject fuel
More revs fills in the gaps..)

Hot and cold start to ok.
Just tested the rev counter from start and it's all good

Worth a try..

The fluttering noise is odd,

Maybe a hose has come off / been damaged

This is mad.....
Started the car today and it is now running fine. Normal power and the pick up is fine no power lag.
The only thing I have done to it since it was in the garage was that I've put 2 bottles of red x in the fuel.
Don't know if this is a coincidence or has the car just reset
What do you think??
