Technical Multiple Error Codes and no throttle response

1.4 16v (90bhp), top end rebuilt due to timing belt failure, the car was running fine before this.

Now the car starts no problem but does not rev (maybe upto 1500max). Scanned with a cheap bluetooth OBD scanner and throws up a load of codes;

P1687 - Metering oil pump stepping motor circuit malfunction
P0120 - Throttle position (TP) switch A/accelerator pedal position (APP) switch A - circuit malfunction
P0121 - Throttle position (TP) sensor circuit intermittent high voltage
P0122 - Throttle position (TP) sensor circuit intermittent low voltage

Any advice on where to start would be appreciated
