Technical help.......... frustrated!!!!!!!!!!!!!

hi guys,
i have a little problem still with my revs, when been on a run the revs fall and then go back up again this may happen a couple of times before settling down. i have cleaned throttle housing, idle solenoid valve, poured cleaner in tank all to no avail any ideas guys

Check for a faulty butterfly position sensor or you need an injector cleaning.
