help diagnosing problem

can anyone help with the problem i have with my punto 1.2 51 plate,it suddenly lost cylinder 1 + 2 and runs lumpy ,spark is weak on 1 + 2, cant be coils as its on both,is there any way of confirming its the ecu as there is no codes stored or management light on,can the ecu be fixed reset or flashed,thanks
