Hi I was living in France and purchased a Fiat Panda. I have now returned to the UK and I am trying to register my car here. I have been asked to provide a certificate of conformity but I’m struggling to get one because it needs to come from France. Anybody have any ideas my French is dreadful so calling the customer service is not an option.
