Grande Punto 08 Bluetooth receiver ?

Hi all , I have an 08 g.punto t-jet and I'm wondering if I can get a Bluetooth receiver to plug in the usb socket in the glove box so I can Bluetooth songs from YouTube music ??? Or is it easier to get a usb to usb c cable to plug direct in my phone so I can play off my phone if that would work ??? My blue and me hasn't been updated since I bought the car 8 years ago , thanks
