Grande Punto 2007 fiat gp blue&me

Hi all, long time reader first time posting. I’ve seen many threads about gen 1 and 2 of the blue&me module, and it got me thinking. Is it possible to install a gen2 module in place of the 1gen one? All comments and answers are appreciated
