Glowplug fault

So done some checks can anyone advise. The fault I've got is code p0683-13 vehicle starts and drives fine and no smoke etc with ign on the glowplug light comes on for a few seconds and goes out as normal. Then after about 10 secound it comes on and flashes for about 20 seconds and says check glowplugs then goes out. Changed glowplug relay still the same. Disconnected the plug to the glowplugs and checked with multimeter and get 12v at all four pins also checked with test lamp and all light up. Tested glowplugs continuity and all reading below 1.8 ohms, so OK. Fault still there. Suspect fault with PCM or ECU. Any other suggestions.

Personally..

I would live with it until you notice a starting issue..

Not sure which motor you have .. but changing plugs can be problematic for various reasons :-(
