Needed help with faulty ELM 327

Hi, I ordered ELM 327 reader from AliExpress, i saw guides with removing a resistor in order to work with FIAT cars, but unfortunately, mine isn't the same as the others, so i don't know which resistor to remove. I am hoping that someone can help me identify which resistor is to be removed. Thanks in advance.

Cables I have bought have needed no modification..

It doesn't work.. Can you send me a link from yours, i would rather buy a new one that i know will work, than wasting time with this one.
