Hi folks,

I'm looking to update my Panda's gear knob - the all plastic drab grey is a bit much. I was wondering if generic knobs can be used (I notice there's that pull ring for reverse, is that attached to the actual knob)?

I was thinking, if possible, to retrofit a newer Fiat 500 knob if possible?

Any thoughts?

A previous owner fitted this momo monstrosity to mine. Maybe it's to your taste too?

I don't like the gear stick but I'm intrigued to see how they got the gear knob off tho! I really like your climate control design!!! Was it done by yourself or did you get someone to do it for you?

That's a bit phallic for my taste Rob, but good to know that it can be done!

I'm thinking of something more in line with this ->

I believe the OEM knob has to be cut off (wince).

I had to remove this ugly momo one to add the new gaiter, just a grub screw and then pull.

I think the reverse shim is the original and the momo knob was one designed for cars with a pull up reverse.

The climate surrounds were carbon dipped. Great result but way more expensive than I expected.
