It really is as simple as removing everything in the way and popping the ball joints apart, remove and replace
Popping off might take some force depending how worn they are, there's a nice tool for doing it however I just use a couple of tyre levers
You are suppose to set the left right motion, however 99/100 it will not need to be adjusted, some later cable don't even have any adjustment

I will see if I can find a good video, later puntos and 500 are the same except for the trim
Don't worry about remembering the order, the ball and sockets are different sizes they only fit one way

Instead of the special tool a couple of long levers work well
