Nice to meet so many people. Shame I couldn't be there in the Coupe, which was the original plan, but it developed a persistant misfire after 20 miles or so, so I turned round and took it home, as I had about 500 miles left to go. The misfire wasn't too bad at about 5000 rpm though, so I tried to keep it around that range in top gear

(That works out quite fast in a Coupe

). If I'd had the Coupe I'd have definitely paid £20 to take it round the track. It's done 6 laps of the Nurburgring before, so it wouldn't hurt!
Sammi did a great job of interviewing Steve Berry. She was worried that no-one would be able to understand her strong northern accent though

Luckily with him no interpreter was needed.

The event itself wasn't as organised as it could have been. From looking at the pics of the Coupe forum guys in this thread, it looks like it was OK early on, then later in the day it just sort of turned into a huge car park.
