Technical Fuel Sender Unit

Has anybody changed or repaired the sender unit(float) in the barchetta.?
After a pump change it does not work.

Check the electrical connections are ok and the float/arm isn't jamming.

Also try shorting out the sender to see if the fuel gauge goes to 'full'.

Finally, it was not properly placed, and it was stuck on side of the tank.
For future reference, I meausure it and the range was 005-305 ohms.
