Whats the difference between the 2?

I want to get one for my mum for xmas, one that she can just plug into her tv and not need any subscriptions etc

Also, does anyone know anywhere that has any in stock for about £15? (its only a stocking filler, i'm not that tight) :p

PC world and curry's (i think) do them from about £12 argos also do them for about the same (i got my freeview from argos for £12.99 about 8 months ago and its still going perfect) freeview would be the best option, HD i think you have to pay for.

They are two names for (sort of) the same thing. Assuming you mean digital terrestrial television digital set top box. Argos have 4 models for under £20.

Tesco are out of stock and the only argos with any in stock is too far away for me to travel with the kids being ill

Would lidl or aldi have much of a guarantee with them though?

Does anyone know if you can connect it a freeview box without using scart?
Have an old tv in the bedroom and want to know if i can get freview on it.

Thanks guys.

ok Aldi will have some in on....Sunday 23rd :bang:

And for the life of me i cannot navigate Lidl website
