General FM/MW radio upgrade to DAB multimedia unit

My current head unit a single din is playing up by fading in and out the signal. I have remover the head unit and found no issues with the aerial or other connections. I would like to upgrade to a DAB multifunction double din display unit.Have tried to purchase a Fiat OEM unit in the UK but no joy, either from Fiat or in the second hand market. Can anybody point me in a direction to say an after market unit that just plugs and plays with the current connections and available space. The images below are my current unit and the unit style I would like to replace it with.
