Attempting to fit new bonnet on 169 panda and it is catching on wing near window and also on water seal of engine bay any help would be great on getting it to fit properly

Sounds a bit silly to say this, but the hinges at the bonnet base are held by two socket-head bolts each side, and these are adjustable, both for rear bonnet height when closed and for fore-and-aft movement.
I've probably stated the obvious here, but you never know ...

Depending on how hard the bonnet was hit, hinges may be bent.

from my experience:eek:,

the hinges are pretty flexible..,
you should be able to tweak them back to approaching straight ;)

unbolt bonnet.. lay card / carpet over the "shiny bits" of underbonnet area, then carefully lay the bonnet into it's intended spot " as if driving"..,

then you'll see if all the edges LOOK correct without the hinges tugging things out of line,

Charlie
