That is terrible, you not got a shed or something? You got half a punto in your room....my mum would kick the crap out of me if she walked in and my room was in that state  ;)

move out?

Thats given me an idea... scrappy, leather seat out of an old BMW, and weld up some sort of frame for it with castors :D
And I could be really clever and buy one that adjusts electrically, run it off a car battery... :chin:

Considering there the punto GT seats i woulda thought they would have more support. They look like they wont give that much when going into hard bends.

GT3 seats are the better ones, hidous pattern put more panelling and grip.

Best car seat that you can get hold of for your room is..... a Saab 9000 aero (94-96/only) the aero wing seat, its thick black leather (never seen a badly worn one, even with 179,000miles on it!), heated, electronically adjustable in every way (except lumber and thigh they are both manual) and with memory built into the seat, just plug and play!! But rare now though :(

In my room at uni I have a leather seat from a Nissan Primera (not sure what age), but its sort of light grey coloured, has SE stamped on it, and is electronically adjustable in both forward/backward and tilt, but manual thigh and lumber support again (bottom cushion has thigh support AND up down at front and rear of cushion) AND its heated, but I haven't been able to find a primera in any scrappies that has these seats so that I can pull the control module, all that happens is it gets really really really hot (I mean BBQ'd beef smell) and the inline fuse melts.
Best part is they were brand new when I got them, and they were free. As the uni is tied in with Nissan (being in sunderlan) and Nissan like to donate nice bits and pieces to us, we have had a 1996 Primera GT (still at uni round the back, has 4miles on the clock, in black, mint never been on the road, however it will be crushed by now), a 1997 K11 micra, a 2001 K11/12 micra, car seats galore from every model, most still in their shrink wrap before they were thrown away (major clearout and overhaul going on) inc mine.

Anyway, onto what is in my room at uni:-

Spare head
spare ecu
downppipe
inlet mani
metres of piping
black bumpers
left side headlight
terrible Fiat branded Phillips OEM stereo (wanted to burn it but keeping it for when I sell car, if I can sell it!)
OEM speakers
my old parcel shelf (small crack so got a better one)
5 audi a6 (94-97) alloys, mint with decent tyres
2 audi a6 (94-97) heated washer jets (parents car items are worn and it leaks everywhere, But I forgot them, so have ended up buying new ones anyway @ £65 EACH!!!)
audi A6 A/C compressor, belt, pulley, control pod, relay, thermostats, dashboard pod, entire motor+filter+heat exchanger thing from scuttleplate, a/c fluid resivoir and piping, and as much wiring as I could pull out.

and the piece de resistance:-

A Lancia Thema 8.32 engine in its componant pieces, totally stripped (piece of cake, way better built than any other engine I have come across) and cleaned, ready for a rebuild kit to come so I can get rid. Came from a written off thema in a local yard, have wanted one for years, but my mate found the whole car first and bought the lot for £600 (back end totalled well I say back end I mean passenger front door and behind is crushed, looked like 'TWO TRUCKS........SMASH' type crash had gone on), it is now sitting rusting into the groudn outside our uni hall's, it even has a parking violation sticker and a fine on it!!! If they think he/me is going to pay £90 for a parking permit for a written off wreck of a shell they can think again!!
