Clutch not releasing from flywheel correctly?

So should we change slave or master or clutcg/pressure plate??.. in Google some say even gear oil can also cause this..? Can it cause because of bad gear oil as problem not happening all three times only some times

I am facing problem in fiat palio 1.3 mjd diesel.its gear get stuck when engine is on while in engine off it perfectly works..I need to put the gear with

Dear Sir,
I replaced the gear shifter block (which is a white coloured fiber material block) located at the base of gear shifter rod under leather cover(sheath). If you have read my post, I have given all photos for that too.
Gear disturbance (similar type) may also be caused if clutch bearing is damaged (most of the times it may give metallic churning sound). This may also happen if there is an air entrapped in the clutch-fluied column leading to SCC (Secondary/Slave Clutch Cylinder) located on the gearbox body(in Palio 1.2 nv). If the SCC is damaged, then also such problem may happen. Please check all these and give feedback. Please take this thread on an appropriate classified subject title in the forum.
Regards & Thanks.

Thanks

1) Is this attached one you are refering which is almost 6700 Rs?
2) you are requesting to do a bleed the slave cylinder right for any type of air block
3) i can able to drive with clutch engaged in first gear when it is great is stuck..I do switch off the engine then engage the gear ,then start holding the clutch with no gear change.. How that possible if clutch is not working properly....
4) i am not getting any churning sound when engine off or engine on condition when operating the gear
5) the next day gear shifts perfectly.. how come it perfectly work the next day ..did you experience the same.. while i drove for 25 KM there is no issue suddenly gear get stickness or hardness which i can feel while changing finally it wont change at all. then i have to park side and switch off the engine ,put in the first gear and drive back home without change any other gear as gear will be stuck
the next day i can engage any gear with engine on.. if it is gear shifter block it would happen all the time right .. can you help how it is working perfectly the next day

if it happens when engine is hot if i drive almost 20 KM itself it should come but it wont come... yesterday i drove almost 20K but not gear shift problem..

how did it work the next day perfectly with all the gear engage perfectly.. the yday too i drove almost 25KM but there is no issues.. the problem happens sometimes not sure when .if on engine oil or gear oil being hot within 30 minutes it should come every time but gear jam wont come.. if happens on and off.. and next day it again start working....please help what is logic and who is part who make it work the next day...

When the gears are stuck, what does the clutch pedal do?

Is it soft underfoot or does it seem to have the same weight and operation as usual (i.e. if you press the clutch in, do you feel the car freewheeling, or does it sound like the clutch is still engaged - that is, if you accelerate with the clutch pedal in, the car surges forwards)?

If the clutch pedal works okay (i.e. when the pedal is in, the engine will just rev when you press the gas, but the car doesn't accelerate) then the slave cylinder is fine, and you have a clutch problem.

If the gears stay engaged whether the pedal is in or out, then you could have a slave problem (but I could also be a clutch problem).

The problem comes and goes because the clutch is under spring pressure, so if it's jammed, there is a force being applied that tends to unjam it. Your symptoms sound like a failure of the pressure plate but eliminate the slave cylinder first, as that's the cheapest and easiest component to change.

1) when gear is stuck.. i will switch off the engine ,put the gear back to first gear and then switch on the engine ,then holding clutch drive back home ... since i cannot change the gear will keep in first gear, and drive... during that time i can adjust clutch normally with break/acceleration with first gear engaged back to home .. so clutch is perfectly working right because during first gear i can use clutch effectively ...

2) when gear is stuck , I can engage in reverse gear with engine off then engine on ,then holding the clutch easily reverse as normally ..during engine on i cannot change to any othe gear.. so each time i switch off engine then changes to first gear or reverse gear with engine off ,latter engine on, drive with clutch which accelerate perfectly...

3) after some time ,may be next time gear and clutch work perfectly ... does slave cylinder can work like that if faulty.. as sometimes it wont work but next day it works perfectly...
4) if clutch plate has problem how does next day I am able to drive with all working fine.. ..
5)if clutch plate is problem did able to drive immediately back home in first gear engaged adjusting the clutch/break/accelerator normally.. even i can engage revere gear/engine off, then engine on with clutch normally reverse the car as well.. so mostly on stuck condition i use first gear/reverse gear with engine off, then engine on , with clutch/break/accelerator drive back home.. next day all work perfectly ...

yesterday i drove for 15 Km there is no issues.. is it because of covid i not used the car very minimum ,so could be some parts got stuck and getting fixed when i drive for couple of days.. not sure what is problem???

If the car works okay when you're driving (whether the clutch pedal is in or out, it works as normal) but you just can't change gear then it could be a linkage problem.

The cables attach to the gearbox on top and at the back of the engine bay. If you can, pull the cables off the linkage ball joints and grease up the inside of the cable end cups . Have a look whether there is any damage in there, such as a damaged liner or some other debris.

Also check whether the gear linkages move okay when operated by hand.

It could be you have a gearbox synchro' problem... it's worth checking the gear oil and replacing it, to see if that improves things.

thanks for reply ...
i will do gear oil change .. and lubricate and do see ...
