Technical FIAT 500e Connectivity via 4G

Hello, I have had a 500e 42KWh for 18 months and have enjoyed using it. Recently I fail to connect via the App at home (for climate control, charge schedule editing, etc.) but can connect if I drive a short way from home. Software updates are configured to be updated via my home WiFi. Any idea why it now fails? Does the car connect to a specific 4G network?

Usually this is down to poor signal on the phone with the app, which of course often means the car too as they’re close together at home.

Agreed but before last month it was fine. So just wondering if a specific network has developed a problem.

It seems Ubigi (assuming the sim you can get a subscription for is the same as the cars data) uses EE in the uk. Maybe find a free PAYG sim and put it an unlocked mobile to see what the signal is at home?

Thanks for that. EE is usually fine here but not the best.
