Technical Fiat 500c electric window and Indicator problem

Has anyone had this problem got Fiat 500c and both electric windows aren't working they don't up or down, now I've checked the fuse's and can't work it out? also to add to it the indicators don't work on the stick, but light up when I lock or unlock the car. Has anyone else had this problem?
