So I've had my baby Bravo 07 16v 90 for 3 months now and had problems here and there but most sorted now. But some I'd still like to put out there.
First is the reoccurance of the dreaded squeaking front right wheel. Had an issue with this once already, car got services, was all fixed. but after the common pressure of turning left and going down onto the right front wheel the squeak is slowly coming back. I do believe it is the Disk Break Guard. but I would love some help on locating it and getting it back to where it should be.
After my service I also realised that the idling was a bit uneven. I'm guessing this may be due to when the cambelt (timingbelt) was changed they didn't time it correctly. not sure on this one and how to fix, would love some help.
One other thing is that I have noticed some vibration in the steering wheel at higher speeds. I believe this is to do with the wheel alinement, well I'm almost sure of it. But I think it may contribute towards the squeaky wheel also. The only problem with the vibration is that steering, when moved quickly will give off a load deep click of sort, just one. possibly when its passing the central point. But it can be noticeable. Possibly something that will also be fixed if the wheels are correctly alined.
Then the show off in me comes out a bit. I love my car to pieces but I'd love a bit more sound to go with its beautiful looks. as we know 90bhp is not going to sound like a roaring sporty monster. yet I'd love to know of any addon's whether it be an exhaust tip or a muffler that won't make it sound like a subaru, but will give it a bit more throatiness
.
Luckily those are the only issues I seem to have at the moment thank the lord. and maybe once I get those sorted I'll be driving around in my bravo without a care in the world.
Cheers, Louis
