Someone in the village (that makes me sound like Number Six, doesn't it...?!) has just 'upgraded' from a 500 to a 500L. it honestly doesn't look better in black... -- which I thought was supposed to be slimming.... :devil:
i just seen a billboard with the fiat 500l saying "my dad is better than your dad...." i then thought to myself i wouldnt doubt that for a second cause i dont know my dad
I like the 500L - Just putting it out there
Despite living 500 yards from a main fiat dealership where they drive new cars back and fourth all day past my house to the nearest fuel station I have yet to see a 500l on the road 4 months after it was launched, a couple on the forecourt but they never seem to go anywhere.
Its not a bad car its just very badly executed, lets be honest its not a fiat 500.

sorry they look like the old Ford Focus.
Fiat are about 10 years behind in design, btw fiat is not alone in this there are other makes who have screwed up their cars, but they too have a following.

Well yes, you said it retro design. Old shape does not mean it does not have character. I love Victorian architecture and when I see 70s, 80s and 90s crap architecture and use of fabricated blocks I wonder what went wrong. Btw it would be hard to get planning permission to build another st Paul's these days, however Fiat are not limited by design they just choose to play catch up.
