Technical Exchange engine clutch and fly wheel compatability

The engine on my fiat 500 (08 plate)diesel multi jet has packed up (timing chain broken) and i have bought a (60 plate) replacement engine as i was told all things were compatible. However, there is a marked difference in the size of the clutch and fly wheel in the old compared to the new.

Can someone please advise me if the 75 bhp fly wheel etc will be ok in the 90 bhp engine??

No.

They wouldn't have changed it otherwise.

As above the clutch and box in the 75 is at the limit of its tolerance. The 95 will destroy both eventually.
