Looks to me like front subframe mounts? They seem pretty dried-out and perished, which is quite reasonable for a 20-year old car. I never noticed them before, must have a look on my Tipo and Brava.
Tipos and later Bravas/ Bravos and Multiplas/Mareas etc all have a rear subframe with 4 bushes a bit like those, and when they deteriorate and fail it used to be an MOT fail and car write-off because Fiat only supplied the full subframe with bushes. Now if you look you can find some aftermarket replacement bushes, e.g. from FirstLine / Borg & Beck.
So to answer your question, they may be available and may be compatible with the Brava / Bravo etc. which were later evolutions of the Tipo.
But returning to your main issue, I don't think they affect the engine attachment, so your actual mounts will be somewhere else...
Just need to check your photos and their descriptions are correct. You can always ask them directly once you know what you've figured out what you're looking at.

Cheers, the picture is of the front left (as your standing looking into the engine bay),
are they connected or just like a bump stop????
when I push my engine the alloy bar moves with the engine and it looks like it isn't connected to the rubber mount, should it be????
Looked at your link thanks, but there are loads of different types??????
I'm confident that this is the engine mounting "bush" attached to the engine mounting bracket (the "arm"), the whole thing is called the engine mounting assembly. There is a photo but it just shows what you have posted removed... but I reckon it is this item:
9.25 Unscrew and remove the three bolts securing the right-hand engine mounting bracket to the body, and the four bolts securing the mounting to the cylinder block. Withdraw the complete engine mounting assembly.
9.26 Unscrew and remove the three engine-to-gearbox bolts which fit from the gearbox side, and the single nut which fits from the engine side. Take note of the positions of any brackets which may be secured by the engine-to-gearbox bolts.
So I think your bush unit bolts onto the body frame from underneath, and must bu detachable from the steady arm and replaceable. I don't know it the gearbox attachment brackets have bushes too - probably yes somewhere.
