Noticed a drip coming from within the yellow circle.

Can't get a photo of the exact point as it's tucked right at the back.

However i could reach it with my fingers.
I think it's water, but it hasn't been raining. Perhaps from air-conditioning?

It is a small black "capsule" of thin plastic that I can feel is badly cracked. Perhaps part of the base of windscreen drainage system.

Looks like a royal nightmare to replace. Hopefully I can just leave it.

Insights?

Put it on Facebook. Right click and choose "copy image URL".

Use the image attach icon to link the url on here.

Similar methods work for photo bucket if you can get past the adverts to actually do anything useful with it.

Don't have Facebook, but I *think* the link above takes you to the photo.

The drip is just to the left of the brake lines as they run down into the engine bay.

Its hard to tell but looks like you are seeing the heater air intake water drains. These are flattened rubber tubes that allow rain water to drain away. If so it's normal. Look from above and clean out dead leaves and mud.
