Refuse turn I assume it's not cranking,
not turning over, when you turn the key?

The first things to check are,

The battery terminals are clean and tight

if you have a multimeter

Battery voltage

The voltage between the battery negative terminal and the engine block, while cranking, a bad earth will cause the block to go to battery voltage

If you haven't got a multimeter

It would help us if you post a video of the dash as you switch the ignition on, then turn the key to crank

The behavior of the engine check light, alternator, oil pressure are what we are interested in
