Tuning Eibach lowering spring kit

Hello,

my name is Carlos and I live in Valencia (Spain).
Do you know if the Eibach spring kit E10-30-007-01-22 has black or red springs?
I ask, because in Spain you will not pass the MOT with red springs. If they are red you must homologate them like a coilover suspension from KW.

On the Panda 100HP I guess it will only lower the car around 10mm, because it is alreado lower than stock.

I hope that some of you know this and can help me.

This kit lowers the stock suspension 30mm, do you know if lowering the car by 30mm will pass the ITV without having homologate? Gracias.
