We have had issues with Citylink too. We live on a busy road that gets very congested and they just dont want to come here and risk getting stuck in traffic.

So we are sitting here with the tracking info up online and it goes from stating that its out for delivery to 'card left, no one at home' and all the while we have been at home and didnt see a Citylink van pass the house let alone stop outside.

Obviously no card is left either and I always have to drive to their depot ten miles away and pick stuff up.

as said, citylink are suppost to take a picture of door. to prove they arrived.

By the time I have waited in all day and then had to drive to their depot and collect the item, I dont see what difference it makes if they have a pic of my front door or not. Its too late by then.

I got my refund this morning. Started a dispute ten days ago and she completely ignored it. Today I was able to escalate it and the refund came minutes later. Thanks for all the advice offered here That money can go towards my car repair bill lol.
