i was a supervisor at 17, some staff didn't give me much respect until i fired there asses for stealing. . .

Back on topic: I got my ebay account about 3 years ago and i got a paypal account last year but claim it doesn't work so i can still use my dads

Yeah, they are very respectful. I dont act like a manager, thats the thing though. I dont rub it in there noses (as i might do on the forum - or so some people say).

Its only being in charge of spare parts. But i still do all the other dogs body jobs that i did before.

In a way, we are all little managers of something where i work
