you could fit a dumpvalve BUT you would have to fit a turbo, fmic, boost piping etc etc

That is impossible. You need a turbo charger for a dump valve. when going from a turbo state to a non turbo state/close throttle. The turbo still spinning and pressurising air so is released through the dump valve, that is what the sound is, air escaping. so you need a turbo for a dump valve.
You could always get one of those fake ebay ones that make a tshh noise

Good lad. Fiats are about style and good taste. Leave those things for the bad taste brigade that think Lexus lights and tumulous body kits look cool. Have you considered getting an induction kit to give it a nice noise? If you choose wisely, there will be a power increase for you to enjoy as well as the great sound. Search the forum to ensure you get a kit that doesn't actually LOWER performance compared to the stock airbox.
