Ah, forget the golf bit - don't play but the sun, beer and wine went down very well!!!

Although, I think that I had the worst hangover of my life on Saturday morning - had the first beer on the plane out of London at 07.15 Friday morning and didn't really stop until about 03.00 Saturday morning............. :yuck:

is that what Jezza does to you ?

My locking petrol cap stuffed up a while back and I just got my hands on a replacment. I expected fitting my old lock would be a bit of a nightmare but it turned out to be just a 10 min job.

Another job ticked off :)

sometimes i wonder.... what are you going to do at the end of the ride?
turn it over to fiat, saying "this is how you should have build it in the first place" :)

Nothing done on the car this weekend but I did get round to cleaning the garage out and sorting through all my Barchetta spare parts.

I splashed out on a few new tools this afternoon as I had a few spanners and sockets missing from my tool collection. :D

I've been looking at your sub-installation and have a few questions. Is the volume behind the sub closed, or is it a lot of leaks? Do you get whistling sounds? If it isn't closed, is it room enough behind the panel to build a closed box and put it back there? Trying to plan a bit before I start taking things apart. :)

Did I read something about you putting spacers on your B, doc (not quite sure it was you who said that )? If so, any progress on that and is it doable? I wouldn't mind having my back wheels slightly further out :)

I presume I'd need longer nuts (or bolts...) for that

I have 5mm spacers on each side on the rear wheels. Needed them for my wintertires, as they originally came from a Punto. If it's room enough to put on spacers depends on your ET. Waht dimension do you have on your tires, and how much ET do you have?
I bought my spacers on Biltema btw. ;) Just measure your bolts, and add as much mm as you space out. Not very complicated. :p

Um...I can't remember the dimensions I have... If I remember correctly 205/45(or 40)/16 (summer) on OZ F1s and 185/55/15 on Fiat alloys (winter). No idea how much ET (phone home ) I have

Btw., are these the ones?
