2 different things

Polishing is defect removal . shine enhancing

Waxing is a protectant, however some also do add some shine too!

Every seen beading of water on a car - thats the wax
That shiny shiny car? thats the polish

Autoglym Super Resin polish is probably the most common sunday polish for cars
A filler polish so it helps hide swirls etc

oh and i was looking at cleaning the engine and i see on youtube that they hose it with water. is this safe . I always thought i was not meant to get it wet
