Technical Different water pump

Looking to change cam belt and water pump,took pump out but fins are much larger on old one compared to the new one from Euro car parts.Has any one fitted this,with out issues. View attachment 1

Both are ok but if you can, return it and find the one with the larger fins.

(I had the one with the smaller fins installed on my gp sport after the first big service by my dealer, no problems, same temperatures etc but I guess the larger one has better performance/coolant flow)
